Service Description
Small group classes for Mamas to be, for functional strength & getting fit. Run by Jade, a new Mama herself, post & pre-natal trained with over a decades experience in personal training. You'll get individual guidance on alignment, posture, form & technique. If you want to maintain fitness, build on strength but feel a bit lost in getting started and on your journey to where you want to be then join this small group of supportive Mamas. Classes are suitable after 12 weeks, unless you have been regularly exercising before and throughout your pregnancy journey. You can either book individual sessions for £25 or for a limited time a pack of 6 sessions is £120, when you book your first pack you get a free goodie bag! Why not try out the class with a free taster session! Email info@trainingmode.co.uk to let Jade know you are interested and she will get in touch and book you in! When you go through to book your sessions select what time and day would suit you, then on the right hand side you will have the option to either book a single session or buy a pack of six. When you buy a pack of six the pack will be added to your profile. Log into your profile and you can then book the rest of your sessions.
