Service Description
Pilates class adapted for pregnancy. A low impact, small group class, which focuses on a full body workout , with breath control, core engagement, balance and pelvic health, preparing you for labour and beyond. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks, unless you have been regularly exercising before and throughout your pregnancy journey.
