Service Description

Our Mama and baby classes are designed to give you a chance to move, breathe and relax, to reconnect with yourself and to bond with your new baby. Our classes are a great way to strengthen and nurture yourself after pregnancy and birth, finding some calm and stillness whilst also empowering you and giving you energy. Postnatal yoga has many benefits for your body, and your mind too: - Releases tension in your shoulders and neck - Helps to improve posture, which can be impacted by feeding and carrying your new baby - Strengthens the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles - Rejuvenates the mind and increases energy - Helps to lower overall stress levels and promotes relaxation - Builds patience and inner calm Classes are suitable for all women, regardless of your type of birth. From 6 weeks postnatal, following your GP check. No previous yoga experience required, and everyone warmly welcomed. Postnatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with other new mums and after each class you’re welcome to stay for a nourishing tea and chat! Fill out a contact form and we will get right back to you! All sessions to be used within a 2 month period.
