FREE pregnancy & postnatal workshops. Sessions start at 10:00 and then run throughout the day

The sessions are run by industry experts and professionals, partners are welcome!

Running throughout the day there are 15min pre-natal massage taster sessions, PRE BOOK ONLY 

There are 2 types of classes on offer, participation classes and workshops. Participation classes will need you to be in the correct attire.

MAMA FIT MODE

Taster Session - participation class at: 10:00 / 13:00 - 30min class

Small group classes for Mamas rebuilding functional strength & getting fit. Run by Jade, a Mama herself, who is post & pre-natal trained, has over a decade's experience in personal training and is a pilates instructor. You'll get individual guidance on alignment, posture & technique, and not feel lost in a big crowd. The class will help with those niggles that growing a baby and then the aftermath of motherhood can have on the body, will help you feel more confident and meet other mamas.
If you want to rebuild strength in those deep core muscles but feel a bit lost in getting started on your journey join this small group of supportive Mamas.

DAISY FIRST AID TRAINING FOR PARENTS 

Workshop at: 11:00 / 13:00 - 30min class with 10min Q&A

Multi award winning First Aid company 'Daisy First Aid,' is coming to Training MODE.
Caroline will be giving a FREE 30 minute introductory sessions at 11am and 13.00 on paediatric First Aid and information on what the two hour paediatric course consists of, followed by a Q&A. So whether you are pregnant, a new mama (or papa,) a grandparent or carer this workshop will be beneficial for you, so come and see us. Limited spaces available. Babies and breastfeeding are very welcome too.

THE POWER OF THE MIND WITH RACHEL FROM BAREFOOT BIRTHING 

The Power of the Mind Workshop at: 10:00 - 30min class with 10min Q&A

Come learn mindfulness tools that can take you from everyday stressed to a more positive mindset in all situations. Rachel who is a Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Mindful Birth Teacher, will share some simple but highly effective methods to harness the power of the mind, calm the body, and feel more joy, confidence, and control in any area of your life. (This workshop is for everyone, not just those who are pregnant/postpartum.)

MINDFUL BIRTH WITH RACHEL FROM BAREFOOT BIRTHING 

Mindful Birth Mini-Masterclass for all births at: 12:00 - 30min class with 10min Q&A

Whether you’re 12 or 40 weeks pregnant come enjoy a truly uplifting and feel good half an hour learning about oxytocin for both physiological and abdominal birth, and feel empowered to create a personalised and positive birth experience that feels right for you. Rachel is a Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Mindful Birth Teacher, and Doula and has supported well over 100 families.

PREGNANCY YOGA MODE

Taster Session - participation class at 11:00 - 30min class

Our pregnancy yoga class includes lovely movement safe for pregnancy, designed to keep you supple and strong.  The class will give you the space to slow down, help reduce any stress and anxiety, as well as connect with your growing baby. We will introduce breathing techniques to use during birth and beyond, and those all-important pelvic floor exercises. 


Classes are suitable from 12 weeks into your pregnancy, or earlier if you have a regular yoga practice already

Anyone attending will need to fill in a pre exercise questionnaire prior to class.

MAMA YOGA MODE

Taster Session - participation class at 12:00 - 30min class

Our Mama and baby classes are designed to give you a chance to move, breathe and relax, to reconnect with yourself and to bond with your new baby. Run by Jen a mama herself and pre and post natal yoga specialist . Classes are a great way to strengthen and nurture yourself after pregnancy and birth, finding some calm and stillness whilst also empowering you and giving you energy. 
Classes are suitable for all women, regardless of your type of birth. From 6 weeks postnatal, following your GP check. No previous yoga experience required, and everyone warmly welcomed
Anyone attending will need to fill in a pre exercise questionnaire prior to class.
